So to make up for the weekend and to catch up to my schedule I pulled a double today, with a total workout time of close to 2 1/2 hours of working out, shouldn't have trouble sleeping tonight!
This marked my halfway point through the p90x lean program, two more weeks and I'll be 1/4 through my entire p90x challenge (to complete 90 day p90x lean followed by 90 day p90x classic)
This morning was Legs and Back followed by Ab Ripper X, tonight was Kenpo X and I'm still alive!
